IRS whistleblower Gary Shapley delivered explosive testimony about how the Biden administration and the FBI obstructed a criminal investigation into Hunter Biden and ran interference for Joe Biden.
Shapley described an October 7, 2022, meeting where Biden Justice Department officials prevented U.S. Attorney David Weiss from bringing criminal charges against Hunter Biden so they could let the statute of limitations expire.

Shapley revealed that the Biden Justice Department also interfered in the attempt to charge Hunter Biden with felony tax evasion in California.
August 2022, as authorities theoretically prepare to charge Hunter Biden: “Chris Clark, Hunter Biden’s counsel from Latham and Watkins, told them [prosecutors] that if they charge Hunter Biden, they would be committing ‘career suicide,’ end quote.”

Finally, the lawyer for one of the IRS case agents investigating Hunter Biden revealed that the FBI never presented the FD-1023 form where a credible confidential human informant relayed to the FBI that a Burisma executive told him that he paid Joe and Hunter Biden $10 million in bribes.
The lawyer said the FBI concealing this form denied his client vital information that could have changed the outcome of the investigation.
