Hunter Biden keeps causing Joe Biden headache after headache.
It’s becoming a major 2024 issue.
And Joe Biden will be seeing red when he finds out what Hunter Biden just did.
IRS whistleblower Gary Shapley provided damning testimony and evidence to the House Ways and Means Committee about how the Biden Justice Department intervened to block felony charges against Hunter Biden and to thwart efforts to investigate Joe Biden’s involvement in any alleged influence peddling schemes.
Hunter Biden’s lawyer, Abbe Lowell, tried to perform some damage control with a threatening letter to Congress accusing Shapley of breaking the law and illegally leaking confidential information which was in an investigation.
This charge was rich considering how Jack Smith’s team and the Justice Department have leaked at-will against Donald Trump with no repercussions.
But Lowell’s letter just made matters worse as it contained a number of easily proven errors.
In reference to a July 30 WhatsApp message where Hunter Biden shook down an executive at a Chinese Communist Party-linked company by warning the man that Joe Biden was right there with him, Lowell claimed the House Ways and Means Committee manufactured the message with “false text.”
The text of the message that Ways and Means Chairman Jason Smith used was pulled directly from the pages of Shapley’s testimony.

Lowell also tried to argue that Joe Biden and Hunter Biden were not together on the day Hunter Biden sent the threatening WhatsApp message to the Chinese businessman.
But a photo taken that day shows Hunter Biden at Joe Biden’s house in Delaware sitting behind the wheel of Biden’s famed Corvette.

Lowell also claimed Hunter Biden’s laptop “including communications the agent was relying on,” was not “authentic.”
But back in February Hunter Biden’s legal team appeared to confirm the authenticity of those messages when it claimed the laptop they were taken from was real when Lowell claimed the owner of the Delaware repair shop where Hunter Biden abandoned the laptop illegally accessed its contents.
“Mr. Mac Isaac has admitted to gaining access to our client’s personal computer data without Mr. Biden’s consent. Mr. Mac Isaac has admitted to copying that data without Mr. Biden’s consent, and Mr. Mac Isaac has admitted to distributing copies of that data to the political enemies of Mr. Biden’s father, without Mr. Biden’s consent. These unlawful actions caused the widespread publication, manipulation, and exploitation of Mr. Biden’s most personal information,” Lowell wrote.
Shapley’s legal team responded with a letter decrying Hunter Biden’s lawyers from engaging in the same type of bullying and pressure campaign that succeed in pushing the Biden Justice Department to treat Hunter Biden with kid gloves.
But Shapley – the letter announced – would not be deterred and would continue to speak the truth about the Biden Justice Department meddling in the investigation to protect Joe and Hunter Biden.

In response to the letter the House Oversight Committee’s Twitter account posted that “The White House is terrified. Full panic mode.”
This scandal is still gaining steam.
And Republicans believe the evidence continues to point in Joe Biden’s direction.
