All Hell Broke Loose When Trump Said This Drug Could Treat Coronavirus

Donald Trump Coronavirus

Doctors are scrambling for a cure for the coronavirus.

Developing this much needed treatment would be a game changer in the fight to stamp out this pandemic.

And now all hell broke loose when Trump said this drug could treat coronavirus.

During a recent press conference, the President announced he was eliminating red tape to allow the Food and Drug Administration to allow the anti-malaria drugs chloroquine and hydroxychloroquine to be approved for clinical testing to see if they could work as therapeutics to treat the coronavirus.

The President described his hope that these drugs could act as a game-changer in the fight against the coronavirus.

Fake news “reporter” Peter Alexander of NBC News twisted the President’s words and accused him in a press briefing of being a con man that was peddling snake oil “miracle cures” to the American people.

That fake news lie was blown up after New York’s Democrat Governor echoed President Trump’s optimism and ordered 750,000 doses of chloroquine, 10,000 doses of hydroxychloroquine as well as 75,000 doses of Zithromax for immediate clinical trial use in New York.

In addition to those clinical trials, former Lost actor Danial Dae Kim announced that after he tested positive for the coronavirus, a doctor prescribed him a drug cocktail that included hydroxychloroquine.

Kim touted this as the “secret weapon” to his recovery.

The actor posted a video to his social media describing his treatment.

“Obviously I am not a doctor, nor am I a lawyer, though I have played them on TV,” Kim explained. “I’ve always wanted to say that. So please don’t take my word as that of a medical professional. I also don’t know all the proper legalese to protect myself in these situations so forgive me if I don’t use all the right disclaimers.”

“It’s definitely true that using this drug for COVID-19 is considered off-label, which means that it is not approved to use specifically to fight this virus,” Kim added. “So, I won’t say that it is a cure, and I won’t say definitively that you should go out and use it, but what I will say is that I believe that it was crucial to my recovery.”

These drugs still need to be tested to see if they can be used as treatments for the coronavirus.

A vaccine reached stage one testing in record time, but that only means the fastest a vaccine will become available is 12 months from now.

Doctors currently have no therapeutics to treat the coronavirus.

The clinical trials beginning in New York offer hope that the medical community will develop working drugs that doctors can use to treat the coronavirus until the point in time at which a vaccine is approved.

Fake news “reporters” like Peter Alexander at NBC are so desperate for the President to fail at managing the coronavirus outbreak that they want to lie and spread false stories about the President expressing hope that doctors can prove there are drugs that can treat the coronavirus.

American Patriot Daily will keep you up to date on any new developments in the fight against the coronavirus outbreak.
