Kamala Harris did not want to find herself in this position.

But now the future of the Democrat Party is on the line.

And Kamala Harris faced one decision that could turn the Democrat Party upside down.

As American Patriot Daily reports:

Democrats’ dream to create millions of new voters via amnesty for millions of illegal aliens rests on the shoulders of Kamala Harris.

House and Senate Democrats are locked in a wobbly negotiation over Joe Biden’s $3.5 trillion socialist wish list spending bill.

Democrats utilized the reconciliation process to ram the bill through the Senate meaning they only need 51 votes to pass the bill.

But that also means every provision in the bill must directly impact the budget.

Senate Parliamentarian Elizabeth MacDonough shot down two amnesty for illegal aliens schemes as lacking any budgetary purpose.

Democrats know this bill is their last chance to pass amnesty as the party could lose control of Congress in next year’s midterm election.

That’s why 54 House Democrats wrote a letter to Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer imploring him to hold a vote on overruling the Senate parliamentarian.

As vice president, Kamala Harris also serves as president of the Senate.

If all 50 Democrats vote to overrule the parliamentarian then Kamala Harris could cast the tie-breaking vote to allow Schumer to cram a massive amnesty for millions of illegal aliens into the socialist spending bill.

The House Democrats’ letter read:

We write to you today to express our concern regarding the Senate Parliamentarian’s memorandum, which dismisses the budgetary impact of providing a pathway to citizenship for eight million people. As you know, the role of the Parliamentarian is an advisory one, and the opinion of the Parliamentarian is not binding. [Emphasis added]

It is our understanding that according to 2 U.S.C. § 644, the Senate’s Presiding Officer has the ability to issue a binding ruling on a parliamentary point of order. In the reconciliation context, any appeal of the Presiding Officer’s binding ruling would require a supermajority to be sustained. After the ruling, the Senate would be able to consider a reconciliation bill that includes the immigration language that the Parliamentarian advised was in violation of the Byrd Rule. This authority has been invoked previously; therefore, there is precedent of the Presiding Officer disregarding the opinion of the Senate Parliamentarian.

Polls already show Kamala Harris is the least popular vice president in the last 50 years.

Harris serves as Joe Biden’s border czar and Harris’ failure led to 1.7 million illegal aliens – a record for most in American history – invading the United States in fiscal year 2021.

If Harris voted to overrule the parliamentarian and allow amnesty in the reconciliation bill it would guarantee that immigration is the number one issue in the 2022 and 2024 elections.

Polls also show that voters give Joe Biden his lowest marks on the issue of immigration.

Forcing immigration to the top of voters’ minds in the next two elections would cripple Democrats’ chances to hold Congress and boost a Donald Trump 2024 re-election campaign.
