Chuck Schumer Couldn’t Believe His Good Luck When Fox News Made a Big Switch

Chuck Schumer, Nancy Pelosi and the rest of the Democrats are holding out hope to remove the President from office.

Their impeachment coup depends on fooling the American people into thinking Donald Trump committed an impeachable offense despite the Democrats presenting no evidence.

And now Chuck Schumer couldn’t believe his good luck when Fox News made a big switch.

Fox News legal analyst Judge Andrew Napolitano turned into a consistent Trump critic ever since the President refused to appoint Napolitano to the Supreme Court.

Ever since then, Napolitano pollutes Fox News programming with anti-Trump talking points that sound like any of the bleating one would hear on fake news CNN or MSNBC.

Napolitano’s claimed the President committed criminal acts of obstruction of justice, violated the emoluments clause of the Constitution and abused his power in supposedly withholding military aid to Ukraine to force their government to investigate Joe and Hunter Biden.

The Napolitano tirade came on fellow Trump hater Neil Cavuto’s program.

Cavuto had Napolitano on to analyze the White House’s refusal to participate in Wednesday’s House Judiciary Committee hearing on the legal basis for impeachment.

White House Counsel Pat Cipollone rejected Judiciary Committee Chairman Jerry Nadler’s sham offer to participate because the only witnesses were legal scholars and the hearing would take place less than 24 hours after Democrats on the House Intelligence Committee released their report on the findings from their Stalinist show trial hearings.

Napolitano lied to viewers when he alleged that the rules Democrats followed were written by Republicans in 2015.

“The rules about which the president are complaining were written by a Republican House of Representatives in 2015. The president would be very unwise not to send lawyers there,” Napolitano falsely claimed.

In fact, House Speaker John Boehner publicly refused this Napolitano falsehood when the Judge first made this baseless claim on Fox News.

Napolitano also falsely claimed what happened to Donald Trump was similar to past impeachment inquiries.

In fact both Nixon and Clinton stood accused of real crimes – obstruction of justice in Nixon’s case and perjury in Clinton’s – whereas Democrats are centering their impeachment crusade around a policy disagreement with President Trump.

“The Democrats are not doing anything that the Democrats did not do to Nixon, or the Republicans didn’t do to Bill Clinton. But I think he makes a mistake when he refuses to participate. It is a valid vote by the House of Representatives that authorized this,” Napolitano added.

Napolitano concluded his attempt at gaslighting Fox News viewers by outrageously claiming President Trump forfeited the right to attack the Democrats on their un-American process by refusing to participate.

“He also loses the argument that it’s unfair if he doesn’t take the opportunity to participate himself,” Napolitano concluded.

The opposite is true.

By showing up and participating, President Trump is dignifying a rigged process.

Fox News has a reputation of being “pro-Trump state TV” because of three hours of programming in the morning and then again in prime time.

But the other 18 hours of the day are filled with Never Trumpers like Cavuto and Napolitano.

Conservative Revival will keep you up to date on any new developments in the Democrats’ ongoing witch hunt to remove Donald Trump from office.
