Adam Schiff is one of the most controversial members of Congress.

But being the center of attention is catching up with him.

And Adam Schiff is going to hate what Elon Musk just revealed.

As Black Eye Politics reports:

In 2018 House Intelligence Committee Chairman Devin Nunes prepared a memo detailing the FBI’s corruption and abuse of power in obtaining a FISA warrant to spy on former Trump campaign aide Carter Page as part of the Russian collusion hoax.

The FBI used fake evidence — and in some cases doctored evidence — to trick a judge into thinking Page was an agent of the Russian government.

Deep State agents claimed Nunes’s memo would compromise sources and methods to stop Nunes from releasing it.

As a result, the hashtag #ReleaseTheMemo went viral on Twitter in support of Nunes.

The corporate media and Democrats claimed this was the work of Russian bots and Nunes’s memo was a farce.

It turns out the Nunes memo was 100 percent accurate and even Twitter’s left-wing employees admitted there was no Russian influence campaign afoot.

Naturally Adam Schiff — who led the Russian collusion hoax from the jump — was out in front falsely claiming #ReleaseTheMemo was Russian propaganda.

Journalist Matt Taibbi reported other Democrats amplified this Big Lie.

“Connecticut Senator Richard Blumenthal followed suit, publishing a letter saying, ‘We find it reprehensible that Russian agents have so eagerly manipulated innocent Americans.’” Taibbi wrote.

In this Twitter thread, Taibbi recounted how Twitter tried to tell Democrats there was no ongoing Russian influence operation but that the Democrats ignored them.

Taibbi reported the Russian bot conspiracy theory was the work of a dubious group called Alliance for Securing Democracy.

In a Twitter thread Taibbi wrote the Russian bot lie gained steam thanks to “the Hamilton 68 dashboard created by former FBI counterintelligence official Clint Watts, under the auspices of the Alliance for Securing Democracy.”

But Taibbi noted even Twitter’s pro-censorship and anti-Trump Trust and Safety chief Yoel Roth found no evidence of Russian involvement.

“Roth couldn’t find any Russian connection to #ReleaseTheMemo – at all. ‘I just reviewed the accounts that posted the first 50 tweets with #releasethememo and… none of them show any signs of affiliation to Russia,’” Taibbi added.

“’We investigated, found that engagement as overwhelmingly organic, and driven by VITs’ – Very Important Tweeters, including Wikileaks and congressman Steve King,” Taibbi continued.

Taibbi wrote that Twitter’s swamp-connected law firms recommended the platform issue statements that only fed the false narrative that Russian bots were pushing Nunes’s memo.

“Outside counsel from DC-connected firms like Debevoise and Plimpton advised Twitter to use language like, ‘With respect to particular hashtags, we take seriously any activity that may represent an abuse of our platform,’” Taibbi reported.

This led to a corporate media feeding frenzy as Taibbi wrote “as a result, reporters from the AP to Politico to NBC to Rolling Stone continued to hammer the ‘Russian bots’ theme, despite a total lack of evidence.”

Taibbi said all these organizations proved to be frauds and propaganda outlets by refusing to own up to publishing fake news.

“NBC, Politico, AP, Times, Business Insider, and other media outlets who played up the ‘Russian bots’ story – even Rolling Stone – all declined to comment for this story,” Taibbi posted.

From start to finish everything about the Russia collusion hoax was a fraud.

Democrats knew it.

The media knew it.

But they pushed it anyway in hopes of hurting Donald Trump.
