Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez was caught on camera in a compromising situation.

The footage went viral.

And a must-see video of Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez will have everyone talking.

As American Patriot Daily reports:

Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez’s actions are under intense scrutiny.

There are ugly allegations flying around.

And one incriminating video of Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez revealed this shady payoff.

There’s been a sea change in America towards the social media app TikTok.

150 million Americans use the video-sharing app that most people think is where they can view viral clips of dance routines.

But in reality, since ByteDance — the company that owns TikTok — operates out of Communist China the Chinese government can access the personal data of nearly half the population of America.

This is a profound security threat.

That’s why 25 states banned TikTok on government devices.

And in this era of hyperpolarization the Senate voted unanimously for Missouri Republican Senator Josh Hawley’s amendment to last year’s spending bill that banned TikTok on federal government devices.

Now Congress is considering legislation to ban TikTok outright.

Banning TikTok gained steam after CEO Shou Zi Chew’s disastrous testimony before a hostile congressional panel.

When questioned about if TikTok harvesting personal data constituted spying Chew did himself no favors by responding, “I don’t think that ‘spying’ is the right way to describe it.”

Both Democrats and Republicans hammered Chew and TikTok for presenting a national security threat to the United States by risking the private information of American citizens as a potential intelligence source for the Chinese Communist Party.

One Democrat, however, strongly defended TikTok.

Even though it is widely known that TikTok collects personal user information and can pass it along to America’s number one adversary Congresswoman Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez used the occasion of the hearing to post her first ever video to TikTok where Ocasio-Cortez attacked Republicans for wanting to ban the alleged Communist Chinese spy app.

“To me, the solution here is not to ban an individual company, but to actually protect Americans from this kind of egregious data harvesting that companies can do without your significant ability to say no,” Ocasio-Cortez declared. “And usually when the United States is proposing a very major move that has something to do with significant risk to national security, one of the first things that happens is that Congress receives a classified briefing. And I can tell you that Congress has not received a classified briefing around the allegations of national security risks regarding TikTok. So why would we be proposing a ban regarding such a significant issue without being clued in on this at all? It just doesn’t feel right to me.”

Ocasio-Cortez also claimed the government hadn’t yet made the case that TikTok is a national security threat.

“And additionally, this case needs to be made to the public. We are a government by the people and for the people, and if we want to make a decision as significant as banning TikTok, and we believe or someone believes that there’s really important information that the public deserves to know about why such a decision would be justified, that information should be shared with the public as well,” Ocasio-Cortez continued. “But frankly, I think a lot of this is putting the cart before the horse because our first priority should be in protecting your ability to exist without social media companies harvesting and commodifying every single piece of data about you without you and without your consent.”

That last point is absurd.

No company that operates in Communist China operates independently of the Communist Party.

If the Chinese government demands the private user information of American citizens then TikTok will turn over Americans’ personal data in the blink of an eye.

But why did Ocasio-Cortez make this video?

Critics contend TikTok bought off Ocasio-Cortez with a $150,000 donation to the Congressional Black Caucus Foundation and Congressional Hispanic Caucus Foundation.

Communist China bought influence in American media by paying for advertising that doubles as Communist Chinese propaganda.

And now many fear a Chinese Communist Party-aligned company is following the same strategy in Congress.
